I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and am certified as a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Nutrition Specialist, and Bodybuilding Trainer. As a dedicated track and field athlete, fitness has always been more than just a career—it’s a way of life for me. I’ve seen firsthand the amazing things the body can achieve through proper training, nutrition, and consistency.
Beyond the gym, I love exploring peaceful hobbies like roller skating, spending time with my family, spending time in nature, and staying active in ways that bring joy and balance to life.

We can communicate pricing, but this is just my base payment structure that I would love to stick with. I’m reasonable and human — I’m not here to hurt you, I’m here to help you. But this is my profession, and all payments are seen as blessings.
Prices may change, so stay up to date.
I accept Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash for now.
Tips are accepted but not required.
There is zero cancellation fee, but no refunds will be issued once a payment is made.
You are responsible for any and all sessions once payment is completed.
All sessions and programs will be based on the schedule provided in my Linktree, unless we have discussed otherwise.
Please fill out the forms provided on this website or in my Linktree. These may include an overall questionnaire about you, a consent form, liability waiver, and an agreement contract.
Even if you're doing a one-time free session, some forms will still apply to you.
All pre-training meetings and consultations are free.
This includes getting to know each other, choosing the right program, and formally discussing our goals.
Gym membership is not included in any package or session unless stated otherwise.
However, if you have a gym where I can meet you, we can absolutely work something out — no problem at all.
All virtual training sessions or virtual package programs will include high-energy, fun workouts using bodyweight or accessible equipment — conducted via Zoom or FaceTime.
I will design custom workout plans that I’ll share with you to follow during our sessions or at your own local gym.
Note: I only recommend following these workout plans on your own if you have prior experience with proper lifting techniques.

Once payment is made, all sessions become your responsibility to attend.
The program packages listed below include 20% off your first session, with the remaining balance due after that.

Packages are not priced per session. The price listed is the total cost (or total per person, if applicable), regardless of how many sessions are included.
This is a one-time payment model.
Sessions will be scheduled based on our mutual availability and are expected to be attended unless otherwise communicated.

However, if the gym I’m working with provides a set program, or if you have specific workouts you want to improve, I can absolutely help you perfect those as well.
