A Workout Plan I will create and share with you based on your goals
Base pay $30 but whatever you desire to pay is gratefully accepted
THIS IS IN PERSON (30 min OR 60 min): INCLUDE WORKOUTS BASED ON YOUR FOCUS
Combination of focuses can have prices vary and range :
Trial Session Free - 30 min ONLY
30 min: $60 per session
60 min: $100 per session
INCLUDE ANY WORKOUTS OR EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON YOUR GROUPS FOCUS
Small Group (2–6 clients)
30 min: $30 per person
60 min: $40 per person
Large Group (8–12 clients)
30 min: $20 per person
60 min: $30 per person
INCLUDES AT HOME BODYWEIGHT WORKOUTS DONE TOGETHER VIRTUALLY THAT ARE CREATED BY ME FOR YOU OR CREATED WORKOUTS SENT TO YOU THAT YOU CAN USE ON YOUR OWN 🚨ONLY IF YOU HAVE PAST WORKOUT EXPERIENCE🚨

STRETCHING PROGRAM DESIGNED BY ME FOR YOU TO FOLLOW
Virtual: $30 for 20 mins
$40 for 40 mins
In Person: $40 for 20 mins
$50 for 40 mins
(Track, Soccer, Basketball, Football, Volleyball etc.): INCLUDES Tailored sport-specific programming, emphasize performance, injury prevention, and any other valuable training skills needed for the sport

60 min: $150
THIS CAN BE VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON. INCLUDES A GUIDE GIVEN TO YOU AND A MEETING ABOUT NUTRITION OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE; A BASIC MEAL PLANS DESIGNED BY ME FOR AN ADDITIONAL $5
Per session (30–60 min): $25 for 20 mins and $35 for 40 mins pricing stays the same regardless of virtual or in-person

8-week Get Fit and Lit Program (3-5 in-person workouts a week):
$1,080 for 3 workouts a week ($45 per session)
$1,280 for 4 workouts a week ($40 per session)
$1,400 for 5 workouts a week ($35 per session)
