Good for beginners in exercise and great for testing the waters related to it.

Bonus: Includes free basic nutrition tips, as well as free flexibility training within the workout session

2 sessions per week for 4 weeks – 8 total sessions
30 min – Total of $240 per person which is $30 per session for the week
60 min – Total of $280 per person which is $35 per session for the week
(8-12 people): Includes group warm-up/cooldown, personal attention during workouts. Great for energy-based classes, HIIT, and circuit training. These moderate to high level intensity classes or lifts are created by the me and/or the gym.
